My treatment philosophy is grounded in a person-centered and integrative approach, emphasizing the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for growth and change. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood to explore their experiences and make impactful changes in their lives.
My approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Existential, Psychoanalytic, and Solution Focused techniques to help clients develop effective coping skills, increase selfawareness, while building resilience and self-confidence, depending on the client’s needs and goals.
